AQUALAND: Wet, wet, wet! Let the young, and young at heart, wear themselves out on the tubes and twisters, the crazy river and the kamikaze slides. The less energetic can drift on the lazy river. Toddlers are well catered for too with a special area with a bouncy castle and special pool.

GRAND ISLAND TOUR: an old favourite, which really is the best way to see all the best parts of Corfu in one day; Kouloura, Kalami, Mouse Island, and the Achilleon Palace. Time to swim in the beauty spot of Paleokastritsa. Don't forget to take spare film !

Mainland Myths: No need to be an historian! This is an amazing day out through dramatic mountain scenery, where storks nest on chimneys. Stroll around the remains of the ancient city of Kassopea, and visit the oracle of the dead where ancient Greeks believed they were talking to the Gods of the underworld. Lunch and walk by the river Acheron, the river Styx of mythology where Charon ferried souls to the underworld .

Albania is a short journey but a world apart. Mercedes cars rattle along potholed roads to the ancient site at Butrint where an archaeological dig is being founded by the Butrint foundation. The town of Saranda is a strange mixture of palm-lined seafront with leisurely coffee bars, and unfinished apartment blocks, a legacy of communism.

It is now possible to visit Cephalonia, the land of “Captain Corelli’s Mandolin” in a day by flying dolphin, visit the caves and see the startling blue of the water in the Melissani underground lake.

A Mountain Safari by mini coach gives the non- drivers (or nervous!) a chance to see Pantocrator, the highland highest point and the little mountain village of Strinillas.

Calypso Star Glass Bottom boat with sea lion show is an hours’ cruise around the bay of Corfu Town, a winner especially with children.

Horse riding, is a leisurely way to see the shady olive groves and green fields around Roda. There are horses and ponies of all shapes and sizes for all ages and abilities. Separate faster rides can be arranged for the more experienced. Transfers to Roda  from all along the north coast.

Scuba Diving for all Jaques Cousteau wanna be’s . Corfu’s crystal clear, warm waters are perfect for this sport. Corcyra dive club is one of the best in the Med, supervised by an international team of qualified divers, they have endless patience with first timers and experienced divers will have a dive to remember. Greek night, you may well find local greek nights in tavernas where the waiters do some dancing, but see how it is really done! An exciting display of dances from all over Greece in national costume, you get a chance to learn too! You will have a three course meal and free wine, the evening rounds off with dancing for all.
